These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the access to and use of the Ezflip platform ("Service"), provided by Evolutyz IT Services ("Evolutyz," "we," "us," or "our"), by any individual or entity ("User," "you," or "your"). By registering for, accessing, or using the Service of the Ezflip Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices provided by Evolutyz, constitute the entire agreement between you and Evolutyz regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
